Bottle:   Pale caramel, hazy, orangish hued, large foamy white head, decent lacing.   Fairly strong hop nose, slight citrus peel (unsweetened).   Soft hop bitterness, slight citrus zest.   Smooth but not very heavy.   Seems more like a Pale Ale.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Light IPA, clean, just not as big as I would have liked.   Pour a little Hop Head in this to give it more umph.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy aronage color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy pine needles aroma. Sweetish malty pine hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy pine finish.

Very hoppy nose - big white head atop a cloudy yellow body. BIg biscuity malt backone with very floral hops. Pretty dry and very well balanced. Somewhat citrusy. Fantastic IPA.

Sample at the Brew Pub in Bend. This was my favorite among all those sampled. Pours orange with typical white head. Traditional fruity, cascade style hops, and a decent bitter finish. True to the style. An easy drinker for IPA fans.

On tap at Bend Brewing’s Brew Pub on Mirror Pond in Bend, Oregon--Poured a hazy orange-amber body with a soft creamy whitish head. Gentle, piquant, floral hoppy nose with a slight biscuit malt flavor. Crisp, flowery, hoppy with a great bitter finish. Excellent beer!

1/1/08 At the BrewPub with Bikesandbeer after a day’s drive from Portland, Brewery 5 of the trip. Pours orange with a bright white ring. Nose is hoppy and light, taste is sweet and bright with a nice hoppy kick, pretty nice.

On Tap at Brepub pours out a nice amber topped with a off white head. A nice hop on this IPA. Some bitter hops and floral as well.
