3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden-orange in color. Very crisp, light and lively on the palate. Sweet - but light - malt base. Aromatic and flowery hops were nice. Mild bitterness in the clean and dry finish. Not overwhelming with flavor, but easy to drink.

"It has a lot of hop flavor and aroma without being excessively bitter."
Ummmm, no. I can’t see this as a pale ale, as it even underhopped and really boring...for a blonde/golden. Not understanding the hype I’d heard about this place. Color by numbers beers at best.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask at GBBF 2011. Slightly hazy golden color. Sweet very flowery and honeyish aroma and flavor with some fruity hops. Rounded and mellow. Although this was first beer of a day, this felt too mellow and low on hops.
