This rich and complex Belgian Strong Ale was brewed with cherries and raisins and fermented with a Belgian Abbey style yeast. The aroma is malty and sweet with hints of dried fruits and spice. After aging for a year in stainless steel it spent 3 months in a French Pinot Noir barrel.

Draft at Belmont Station, Portland. Pours a medium reddish brown. Dried fruit big in nose. Oak is subtle in finish, but very nice. Good but not outstanding.
