It’s unclear, light golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of mild yeast, banana and wheat. The flavor is sweet and IMO extremely harmonic with notes of mild yeast, banana and wheat - what can I say, if all weizen’s were like this one, I would be in heaven!

TEJA (786) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 19, 2011
Draught at Bender brewpub in Muhlhausen. Thinn beige head. Clowdy yellow-brown color. The aroma has both the typical bananas but also a strange mustard aroma that don’t appeal to a wheat beer. The taste is dominated by the bananas and no fine wheat taste. The beer is alsoa litle too sweet.

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Pale oragey coloured, big fluffy, slowly collapsing white head, yeasty-wheaty, a bit citrousy-fruity nose; sourish -(fruity) sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish-wheaty, almost dry finish. A quite pleasant refreshing Weizen..........

MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - AUG 26, 2007
(bottle, with light gushing effect) Cloudy, golden colour with a huge and dense foamy white head. Sourish citrus-fruity nose with a light-sweet wheat-character and a moderate yeasty and clove spicy touch. Medium-sweet, light-sour flavour, yeasty and wheat-malty taste with notes of citrus; medium-dry, sweet and slightly tart and yeasty finish. Solid, moderately refreshing Weizen.
