0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Golden color. Sweet aroma of honey, toasted, white currants and raisins. Dryer taste of raisin, honey and bread crust. Nice complexity and originality.

0.5l bottle. Golden color, white head. Aroma is a bit oxidated, behind that i can smell bread and grain, some fruit notes. All in all very decent. Same for the taste. This beer is perfect to fight thirst, if this is a positive or negative aspect everybody has to decide for his/her own...

It’s slightly hazy, dark golden with a little head. It’s oxidated in both aroma and flavour, that both has notes of malt, apple and dusty grain.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured, quickly diminishing white layer, shy sweetish-grainy nose, solid sweetish flavour with a light bitterness; light to medium bodied; sweetish-grainy finish with some shy citousy-bitter edges in the very end. Clean, but unspectacular Helles.......

MoritzF (9423) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 26, 2007
(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Sweet malty, biscuity aroma with a tinge of honey and a whiff of hay and hops in the background. Sweet flavour, bready, slightly biscuit-like malt profile, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation, moderately creamy mouthfeel; medium-dry, moderately sweet malt-accented and soft grainy finish with quite low level of bitterness. A bit sweet but pleasant to drink.
