500ml bottle at home. Weird that Licher produced this. Great wheat scent flavor is sweet and complex, nice fruitiness throughout.

500ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Creamy off-white head over a clear amber coloured body. Spiced malt-fruity nose. Moderate taste profile of mild sweet banana, wheat, and coriander. Rounded mid-sweet ending. Accepted (session in Tromsø 16.01.2015).

Keg at Victoria Station Spoons. It pours cloudy golden-orange with a small white head. The nose is wheat, doughy, clove, banana, citrus peel and hay. The taste is crisp, bitter, orange peel, banana, herbal, fruity tartness, cereal and clove with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Straightforward hefe action.

Bottle. Banana and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy amber with large white head. Light banana and stale wheat malt flavor. Not bad - wish I could have gotten this fresher though.

Pour out of 500 mL bottle, slightly hazy orange pour with big fluffy white head, aroma brings notes of grain, vanilla, biscuit, nice yeast notes, hints of banana, slight coriander in there. Taste is a mix of grain, slight biscuit, hints of honey, vanilla, into slight pear, touch of banana but restrained, finishing sweet, slightly bitter.

Draught at the La Casa de la Cerveza, Madrid, Spain. Dark hazy golden brown colour with a big off-white head. Sourish aroma with grainy malt, wheat and more yoghurt sourness. Dry grainy malty and wheaty flavour with some caramel sweetness. Fizzy. Tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy deep golden colour, mid-sized, creamy head. Malty and wheaty with a fruity touch. Classic example of the style, without too much banana and tropical fruit, concentrating on the wheaty character.

From draft in good shape. Multiple glasses. Amber-hued body under a properly billowy head. Sugar cookie, wheat malt, toast / bread crust, a little dough. Lots of bright esters and phenols: herbs, wood, spice, a touch of peppercorn boldness. Frothy, fine carbonation with a soft malt body made more doughy by the yeast. Off-dry and lightly tart, medium to low bitterness, high minerality, acids are bright but don’t overwhelm. This sits firmly in amber-weisse territory, the higher kilned malt give it a caramelized sugar savoriness to go with the bread crust / toast character, and the esters shy away from the banana and apple character I dislike in weissebier yeast.
