hazy burnt amber pour with thick white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast, and sour fruit. Slightly tart banana, grain, alcohol, nutty, with a bit f dough. Mouthfeel is medium and the head retention is excellent. I also get a bit of mold in the very end. Decent weissbier. Tasted from the bottle @ 57.5F.

Bottle:   Pale amber, orange hued, minor haze, lively carbonation with a large foamy white head, sticky lacing.   A bit more orange than others, thats for sure.   Wheaty nose, pale breadiness as well.   No real clove, banana, or bubble gum to mention.   Similar tongue, wheaty, a bit sweet, bready, but again... no spices I usually associate with the style.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Lingering wheat and breadiness.   Very simple, clean, but lacking the spices I like to see in a German Hefeweizen.

Bottle from Kuća Piva in Zagreb. Golden-amber, lovely misty body, big white head, thick. Lovely. Creamy banana nose, light dust, some caramel. Light creamy soft taste, empty, some caramel. Meeeh. Lovely mouthfeel, no taste. What’s there is actually nice, but... Hmm. Oh well, decent.

Non avrei scommesso un centesimo su questa weissbier, già lo stile non mi fa impazzire. Invece è andata giù bene...

50 cl. bottle from Netto poured in to a weizen glass. Hazy, golden orange with a big, creamy, white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with wheat, banana, yeasts, spices and surprisingly rich malts for a weissbier. Taste is sweet and spicy. Medium body with a creamy texture, soft carbonated. Medium length finish with sweet fruits, spices and malts. Well made, more malt centred hefeweizen.
