(funny)never heard of this bier & it took a paris bottle shop for me to notice. all the standard flavors are here but add other fruits to the usually only banana flavor...maybe making it a type of dessert weissbier!

Poured two fingers of thick, foamy head on a hazy, dark straw colored body. The aroma is mostly caramel. It’s nice, if one-sided. The taste is sweet caramel, dry grain and lemon bitter at the end. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle 50 cl, BBE 26.09.2014. Pours hazy golden in color with a creamy whitish head. Ripe forrest berries, banana and sour wheat in aroma. Notes of wheat, banana fruityness and butterscotch sweetness in taste. Isn’t overly sweet though, just about the right amount here. Feels quite smooth too. Solid hefeweissbier. Sweetish banana notes and slightly burnt toffee in aftertaste.

A murky, breown yellow beer with a big and blond head. The nose of wheat, sourness, some fruitesters. Taste is fresh, wheat, bananas, nice sourness, bubblegum, some spices in the end. Medium bodied, high but smooth carbonation. Refreshning adn nice hefe, good balance.

A color of dark amber with a big, rocky white head - a handsome appearance. Aroma is very typical for a wheat beer: it has wheatish maltiness, cloves and some banana. Taste is sweetish and also light sour. Banana is not very strong but noticeable. Round and quite smooth maltiness fills the mouth when drinking; the body is medium in strength, the carbonation soft. The palate displays the difference between proper wheat beers like this and their lighter counterparts. No surprises here but enjoyable to drink anyway.

With dark golden colour and amazing white foam this is one really good wheat beer. No special aroma, but very nice taste and easy drinkable.

500 ml bottle. Clear deeper bright gold, fine off-white foam settles and lasts. Yeasty fruity wit spice aroma. Taste is mostly tropical fruity, some yeast, banana and wit spice, creamy not crisp. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)
