COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Un projet collaboratif, brassée à Mont-Laurier par Stéphane Morin (magazine Effervescence). Ce n’est pas une bière. En fait c’est une bière sans houblon, un style historique datant de l’Antiquité, telle qu’aurait pu boire Astérix et Obelix. C’est parfumé, acidulé au goùt et rafraîchissant. Pas de houblon ça surprend, mais ce n’est pas désagréable. (From Le Cactus’ website)

On tap at Le Cactus. A clear, yellow-orange pale amber with a short lasting white head. Smell is fruity. Taste is fruits, orange, citrus, a touch of tart. Finish is mostly tart, some acidity. No real bitterness, a bit shocking! Light bodied. Somewhat unexpected, but it was quite easy to drink, felt very light, very refreshing.
