[Draught at the brewpub, Sep.21] Pours a cloudy yellow with an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Slightly mild aroma of yeast, funky notes, citrusy tartness and herbs. Nice citrus tart flavour, a bit funky and herbal as well. Medium bodied. Solid Berliner.

(Rating #5756)

on tap at cactus, qc - sherbrooke brewpub version. cloudy pale yellow pour with a very nice white cap, good retention and nice lacing. very lemony upfront - also lactic, wheat acidity, fruitiness - tart small yellow fruits, few husks and pepper from wheat - no harshness per say, cheese, hint of bile. average carbonation, light body - oily, clean grassy-herbal-lemony finish. quite similar to verdun’s version - just a tad fruitier maybe. good stuff!

Drank on tap (12 oz) at the downtown brewpub on July 18, 2014. White golden hazy, small head. Aroma of sour wheat, fairly dry. Taste is the same, a little citrus, but the aftertaste is less sour. A little easy to drink!
