Hazy honey gold hue, with a white head, yeasty, fruity, spicy cinnamon-like ripe apple nose, with a mild cheesy, honeyed pale malt note, with a light floral hop citrusy leafiness, and a note of breadiness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, spicy, spritzy, zesty, lemony, ripe apple character, with an earthy faint honeyed pale malt accent, with a nice flowery hop citrus, leafy, grassy note, and a lemongrass, cinnamon spiciness, leading towards a lime, citrusy, lingering hop bitterness finish.

une pinte en fût sur place. bière blonde pâle, plus pâle que la fractal qu’elle ressemble beaucoup, la Fixe étant plus fruitée par contre. agréable.
