My Bottom Line:
This outgoing India Pale Ale’s floral and orangey hop bouquet bursts from suave caramel maltiness until a sustained earthy, green hop bitterness tries to steal the show.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the cloudy amber.
-The overall result is quenching even though it’s not that easygoing for the uninitiated.
-The lean caramel sweetness develops peachy fruitiness as well (aided by the hops, I guess?)
-The hoppiness is quite complex and not typical of American or English IPAs. It has as many herbal and wooden qualities as it is fruity, flowery and earthy. Intriguing!
