Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy pale straw with small white head. Clear aroma of grain and yeast, with some hoppy notes and touches of spice. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour, mwith bitter, hoppy notes and pronounces touches of coriander. Hints of pepper and fruit (orange peel?). Mild, estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Quite good for the style and enjoyable as such, too.

Corps faible a moyen. Carbonation moyenne. Correct!

Draft: Poured a cloudy light amber color ale with a very generous head with good retention. Aroma of coriander with floral hay notes is quite tasty. Taste is also dominated by light coriander notes with light flora notes and some medium sweet malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting even though this beer was served way too carbonated.

On tap at Marché des brasseurs. Cloudy blonde with a foamy white head. Flavors are wheat, lemon, spices and flowers. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, thin texture.

Pours a light golden yellow with gaseous white foam. Beautiful round chamomile plays nicely with the earthy rustic yeast character and light soft malts. Hints of hay, lemon and dust.

Draft at their brewery. Yellow highlighter look. White foamy head. Lemon strong. Fruity as hell. Not bad for the style.

draft at brewery, a little thicker than the usual belgian wit, its ok i guess. Just heavy on yeast flavors.
