Une bière jaunâtre qui présente un col mousseux plutôt effacé. Des pointes de dentelles. Un nez épicé avec des parfums de citron et du blé acidulé. Des saveurs qui rappellent les arômes : un blé mordant, des épices qui s’accrochent aux papilles, des citrons qui se laissent toucher par d’autres fruits. Une bouche plutôt mince qui est balayée par des bulles actives. Une finale de blé légèrement piquante. Une witbier qui présente des signes de fatigue.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, light yeasty and estery. Coriander spiced and orange peel. Fruity, light yeasty and mellow finish.

[on tap at brewpub] Pleasant herbal aroma of coriander and some garden vegetables. Cloudy yellow under a thin white cover and ring. Sweet base malt flavour accentuated by celery and coriander and probably some orange. Very refreshing. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, sweet herbal finish.

[3845-20110730] Tap. Yeasty light petrol aroma. Slightly hazy, pale yellow tan body with a along-lasting creamy white head. Peppery yeast flavour has a lightly bitter lemon pip finish. Medium body is fairly zippy. Fresh, tasty, like the start of a great trio, let alone a new world. (7/4/8/4/15+) 3.8

Un verre sur place. Bière jaune très trouble avec une mousse blanche qui n’est pas durable. Les arômes au nez sont agréables, il y a l’acidité du blé et une touche de levure. La bouche est légère, il y a du citron, des agrumes et une drôle d’amertume provenant de l’écorce de ces fruits (??). Il y a aussi une acidité de ce blé. Je ne suis pas un grand fan de cette bière blanche.

Sample at Bières et saveurs de Chambly. Appearance: Pale opaque blond pour with small head. Aroma is very spicy, coriander and orange peel. Taste: Very spicy and yeasty, lots of banana. Palate: Quite heavy, with medium carbonation, champagne-like bubbles. Overall: I prefer lighter witbeer but this one is very good. You can really feel the yeast.

On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a hazy yellow with a small sized head. Aromas and tastes of bananas, spice, and some citrus. Lighter wheat too.

2011-07-30. Hazy bright pastel yellow, with a nice white head. 3+ Aroma of grass and straw hops, prominent spicey character - coriander perhaps? Flavous is similarly fairly spice, coriander? hints of lemon grass, modest bitterness throughout. Sweet lemon touches. Average to light bodie suits it. Decent, spicey character is just a bit more than my preference. On tap at the brewpub, Montreal

on tap at cactus. very pale yellow, slight haze, some retention and lacing. very strong ginger aroma and taste. faint malts, little to no wheat. lemon, lots of it without finesse. harsh carbonation, light to medium body. way too sweet.

Drank on tap (20 oz) at there brewpub, on June 18, 2010. Bleached blonde, little head. Sweet aroma of malted wheat, creamy citrus. Dry taste of fresh wheat not very malty, gently tart citrus sensation, aftertaste dry and pleasant. A very tasty and refreshes witbier!
