12 ounces glass on tap at brewpub. 4.6% 2016 version. Aroma: banana, honey, malt and cereals. App: cloudy, pale with minimal white head, little lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, moderate high carbonation, light to medium sweetness, light acidity finish. Overall: a sweet saison. Good carbonation, good acidity. Good.

Sample on tap at the brewpub. Clear gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is grainy, lightly spicy, light banana, light phenolic yeast character. Taste is light, malty, fruity, light banana notes. Palate is light and fluffy, decent amount of carbonation. Good.

[5408-20130530] Sample. Floral petrol wheatiness in the aroma. Slightly hazy, pale yellow orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Buttery sour lemon flavour. Light-medium body. Interesting. (6/3/7/3-/13) 3.2

Hazy honey gold hue, with a white head, mild lactic sour yogurt, lemon acidic juiciness nose, with some wheat, pale malt sour mash accents, with a hint of wet hay, and some faint fruity esters in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a mild yeasty, fruity, sour white berry, pale, toasted, wheat malt sour mash, acidic milkyish character, with a faint zesty citrus rind, sour green apple, spicy flavour, leading towards a watery, light lemon juice sourness finish.

2013-05-30. Lightly hazy dark yellow body, large off white head and lace. 3+ Aroma is a bit lactic and dish watery, grainy pale malt. Flavour is a bit sour, grainy, light bitterness, odd. Average bodied palate, modest carbonation. Grows on me, it’s better than my description makes it sound, but just okay. On tap at Mondial de la Biere 2013, Montreal

Pours yellow straw with lots of head. Big lemon notes and maybe even a hint of salt in the background. Pretty low carbonation and medium body.

on tap at mondial de la bière, mtl. unclear pale yellow with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. sourish wheat, lemon, floral, lemon zest, ginger, light lactic acid, some cheese, hint of barn and rustic, unripened pears and apricots - never perfumy or too fruity. bright carbonation, very light body, nice citrusy finish. very refreshing - much enjoyed it!
