From tap at the brewpub, Pours clear and golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is toasted caramelish and malty to breadish. Toasted and caramelish to toffee malty. Light bitter, toasted and caramelish finish.

On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a deeper amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel, fruity, and toasted nuts.

2011-07-30. Crisp dark amber body with a nice white head and lace. Flavour of mild sweet caramel malt, light bitterness, bit of a dusty malt character. Bit odd at times. Average bodied palate. Not to my tastes. On tap at the brewpub, Montreal

On tap at the brewpub. Amber pour, light grassy hops, some nuts and a subtle fruitiness. Nice carbonation, good mouthfeel, medium finish. Good dose of cereal malts in the end with some more light grassy hops.

on tap at cactus. clear dark orange, little head, some lacing. some nuts, some raisins, very fruity, light herbal hopping. strong carbonation, light body. ok.

En fût. Verre de 12 oz. à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de malt caramélisé et de noix. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréale et de caramel avec une pointe de noix. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture faiblement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. A ncie deep red copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. Aroma is malty, caramelly and nutty, with notes of berries. In mouth, a nice nutty beer, with good honest caramel. Medium bodied. On tap at the brewery, Dec. 8 2007.

Pours a clear amber color with copper highlights and a thin offwhite head. Good aroma of nuts, caramel and malt. Good flavor of nuts, caramel, toasted malt, it finishes with bitterness. The body is light to medium with a creamy body and gentle carbonation.

[528-20070811] Tap @ Benelux (Montréal, QC). Light floral wheat aroma with typical QC yeast and a hint of men’s cologne. Clear, dark brown amber body with a long-lasting creamy white head and nice thick lacing. Roasted malt flavour has hoppy grains and medium alcohol. Medium-full body is very astringent. A little too rough for me.

On tap at Benelux. The color is a dark amber not much head but some lace. The aroma is malty and nutty, the taste is hoppy with some citrus mixed in to it. There is no aftertaste. It is good but not one of there best by a long shot.
