As the name suggests, a Mild Ale finished as a West Coast IPA. It should be around 4.5-4.8% alcohol. Perfect for those who love hops without the buzz of an IPA.

Citrus, pine and caramel blend well in the nose. Clear amber-copper coloured body is topped by amgenerous and lasting, fine bubbled off white head that coats the sides of the glass. Moderate bitterness in the flavour with a soapy, floral, citrus hop character and biscuity, toasty and caramel malt flavours. Medium body with creamy smooth texture and moderate, soft bubbled carbonation. Seems like an extra hoppy ESB. I like it! Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub on a quick one day trip to Montreal!

Aroma mild aroma , fruity with sweet malts behind. 7+
Appearance hazy amber gold ale with rocky mid lighter top.
Flavor and Palate : clean, soft maybe tad creamy. Easygoing ale with floral hop profile. Nice as session choice.

Pale amber. Thin bodied but okay. A touch of light crackery malt. Some UK ish spicy hops. A bit thin though even for mild, but the flavour is solid.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub.nothing too look at but yellow, however the taste surprises pleasantly. A nicely drinkable light bitterness, creamy mouthfeel. Recommended, particularly for session fans.

Clear copper with a medium creamy off white head with good retention. Aroma is fresh resiny and citrusy hops with a nice caramel malt backbone. Flavor is also very hoppy, mostly aromatic, not overwhelmingly bitter with a well brewed mild backbone. Nice medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Not really a mild, but a great hoppy session beer.

A copper amber ale with a thin creamy and lacing off white head. In aroma, smooth floral hops, nice and resinous, piney, fir tree, superb. In mouth, mild mild malt, floral hops, grapefruits, resinous hops, very nice. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 25 2011.
