En fût. Verre de 12 oz dégusté directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur fruité avec des fines herbes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de fines herbes et de raisins avec une très légère pointe de miel. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de fines herbes en arrière goût. (Rating #2772)

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Aroma is very fruity with candy like grape juice, white wine, cider, herbs and malt. Flavor is also very fruity with grapes, white wine, cherries, sweet malt, herbs and yeast. Interesting saison.

Robust aroma: yeast, cherries, sweet Riesling wine. Clear yellow under wispy, lacy white. Very fruity flavour with white grape, white wine, yeast, and soda water. Light bitterness counterpoint to sparkling carbonation. Light body, very fruity.

A blonde ale with a thin white lacing head. A very nice aroma of herbs, grape, white wine, very good and pleasaing. In mouth, a nice refreshing saison with light white grapes, herbs, smooth and quaffable. On tap at Benelux, Nov. 20 2009.
