On tap at Bénélux. The color is a hazy honey with a thick beige head and lace. The aroma is of hops and citrus fruits. The taste also os hops and citrus fruits mostly of pnik grapefruit. It has that super great bitterness of a great I.P.A.. The finish is so good biterness and just enough dryness. This was sooooo good.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2011 Really strong citrus and pine aroma, boom! Cloudy yellow with nice thick head that sticks to the glass. Taste is very bitter load of pine and citrus fruit. Light bodied, oily hops and good carbonation. Long bitter finish. This is the best ipa brewed in Quebec. I had to re-rate this, they fine tuned this beer and it is a masterpiece!

On tap at the brewpub. I had to order a pint more of this. Pours a cloudy bright orange color with a medium thick white head. A really nice hoppy fruity nose. The flavor is mellow but strong; sweet Nelson hops, light bitterness, loads of oranges, tangerines and tropical fruit. A very nice IPA.

Aroma of mango and peach. Appearance was golden with some hazy-ness. Taste is similar to the aroma with more fruit flavour coming through, especially the mango, with a bit of grass and a long bitter finish. Sweet beer really never had an ipa that tasted anything like this before.

Vraiment succulente.

In short: A sharp, dry, grapefruity and very refreshing blonde IPA. Superb brew
How: Tap at brewpub (many times)
The look: Cloudy yellow blonde body toped by medium white head leaving good lacing
In long: Nose is an explosion of grapefruits and a mix-bag tropical fruits. Taste proposes a solid but discreet malt backbone that somewhere between crackers and white bread. Light banana and litchi notes. That is followed by an avalanche of grapefruity hops with a strong but not aggressive bitterness with tropical fruits notes. Overall quite dry, tasty and extremely refreshing. Before this beer was even added to ratebeer I remember writing on a local beer web-site that this was one of the best IPA ever brewed in Quebec. Now a few months later looks like everybody agrees with me. I hate to toot my own horn, but [sound of a trombone playing Randy Travis’ "I Told You So"].

Slight cloudy honey blonde hue, with a small white head, nice fruity floral hop citrusy, grassy nose with some pear, litchee, tropical fruit esters, with a hint of fat hop pellets, and some piney, cedary, mild minty accents in the aroma folows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice fruity, intense soapy flowery hop, grassy, leafy, piney, resiny, minty leaf character and with some lemon, grapefruit, lime ring accents upfront, with a faint coniferous, bark tree note, leading towards a fruity, citrusy, minty, grassy, piney, cedary hop bitterness finish.

(Rating #3324)

Drank on tap (20 oz) at their brewpub on October 2nd, 2010. Foggy honey blonde, little head. Grapefruit sour hops aroma, a little leaves bitterness. Very bitter but sweet hoppy taste, lightly sour citrus, dry light body aftertaste dry and pleasant bitter. A rival to their west coast IPA, Cuda!
