On tap at the brewpub, a very good IPA. Goes down easy with hops dancing in your mouth, another good brew from Benelux.

On tap at Cactus, Quebec City. Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of pine with some slight overripe fruits. Taste is lightly sweet and moderately bitter with some peppery alcohol or maybe hops and some sweet cereals. Body is medium, carbonation moderate and mouthfeel a bit oily. A nice one that I should have rated way sooner!

Tout près de la perfection à tous les niveaux. Nez floral à souhait, belle mousse persistante blanchâtre en bouche, c’est une explosion de douceur aromatique de houblons. rien de trop agressif. Juste du pur bonheur houblonné. Un must. Dans mes top IPA ever!

On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear orange-golden beer with a fingerthick light beige head. Citrusy, piney and resiny aroma with hints of pale malts. It’s full-bodied and smooth, nicely carbonated, with a nice bitterness. Hop forward flavor with pale malts in the back. Quite dryish, with a lasting bitter and citrusy, piney finish. A refreshing and nice one, nothing extraordinary going on. 150611

On tap at the brewery on Sherbrooke. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Soft melon with a faint hint of green onion behind it, caramel. Medium bodied, green onion comes through even more, with a touch of vanilla. Sweet, sweaty, caramel and malt. I can never get past that green onion.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast, bread and hops. Sweetish, malty and grapey onset, giving way to bitter, hoppy and citric notes. Lingering, rough, estery and bitterish afteraste. Rich, round body. Good.

Pint at brewpub. Aroma: citrus, resin. App: hazy copper brownish, small white head, some lacing. Taste and palate: full body, medium body, medium carbonation, resinous, long medium bitter finish. Overall: really good, a threat for a hop head like me ;)

Pours a clear orange with a beautiful white head. Nose is full of tropical fruits with dank hops. Taste is the same tropical fruits with lots of mango, passion fruit and grapefruit. Nice malt backbone with fresh bread flavors. Medium carbonation with a silky mouthfeel. Great IPA!

On tap @ Benelux. Hazed orange pour with sticky white foam. A lot of citrus fruits but sort of a sticky, sweet banana thing to it. Pretty nice aroma overall, though. Slight celery note to the palate kind of ruins it, though. Flavor has a good citrus peel bitterness, some bread, sweet apricot, and grass. A little "Belgiany" on the finish.
