On tap at the brewpub, a very good IPA. Goes down easy with hops dancing in your mouth, another good brew from Benelux.

Couleur dorée avec un col mousseux respectable. Nez de résine, agrumes, notes herbeuse. En bouche c’est bien balancé les agrumes et la résine sont les notes primaire de cette bière qui sont bien accompagné par des herbes. Corps moyen, Carbonation moyenne.

On tap at the brewpub. Sabotage is a dark cloudy reddish copper pour. That has a bit of an opaque honey tinge. The taste is lightly piney floral hops - very good.

On tap at Marché des brasseurs. Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Flavors are peach, apricot, tangerine and tropical fruits with grassy and floral notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture.

Pours a deep golden color with some eggshell foam. Lemon jello, grapefruit, honey soaked malts and earthy green tea. Mouthfeel is a bit full and round and doesn’t jive with the flavors quite as cleanly as I prefer in my hoppy beers. Grainy.

Dégustée (en fût) le 31 mai 2013 au Mondial de la Bière 2013 à Montréal (D12C3K522i). Bière blonde dorée limpide. Col mince et persistant. Assez effervescente, bulles fines. Odeur de zeste d’orange, de fleurs. Très douce, assez sucrée, un peu amère. Saveur un peu épicée puis un peu âcre ensuite.

En fût au brouepub sur Sherbrooke. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme d’ananas, pomélo, malt subtil. Goût d’ananas mur, pomélo, amertume moyenne-élevée. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

glennmastrange (2324) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - FEB 16, 2014
Tap. light to moderate caramel for the malt, heavy orange for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with faint light dried fruits and sulfur in the background. Head is average size, creamy, white with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is slightly hazy light amber/orange. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then the long finish is lightly acidic and heavily to harshly bitter. Palate is medium, a bit slick, with a soft carbonation and a dry finish. A bold and powerful IPA. The hops will wreck you for further beer tasting for the day.
