on tap at brewpub. hazy light golden, excellent retention, very nice lacing. light pine, some strawberries, fruity, light to medium medicine notes. creamy, average to soft carbonation, medium body, nice short to medium long grapefruit finish.

Banane, kiwi, ananas, raisin et un côté résine de pin, bouquet vraiment unique. L’amertume est généreuse, la présence en bouche est robuste, presque crémeuse. Belle surprise.

les aromes : tout en fleur ca sens la west coast !
Le gout : C’est tout en amtertume , agrumes florales .
La final : que dire de plus ca laisse une longue final en bouche qui est tranchante , J’adore !

Cask at Cask Days 2011. Beer #2 of festival. Pours a hazy golden-orange with a small semi-lasting bubbly white head. Nice hoppy aroma and flavour are citrusy, somewhat resiny and dry and the beer has that catnip/cat urine thing going on, in a good way. Also a good amount of sweet malt to back it up. Medium bodied. Benelux always makes solid beers and this is no exception.

Une petite tête blanche. Un liquide doré et embrouillé. Une superbe dentelle. Un nez explosif et frais de pamplemousses juteux et d’oranges sucrées avec des ananas et des mangues. Un agréable murmure malté. Des saveurs franches et fruitées : les houblons sont justement amérisants et extrêmement goûteux. Une bouche moyenne avec un pétillement modéré et une texture à la limite huileuse. Une finale ravissante sur des notes d’épinette et de fruits.

On cask at Cask Days 2011 at Hart House, served in an English pint glass. Pours hazy orange-golden with a frothy, white head. The head remains and leaves a moderate amount of lace. On the nose, there are notes of grapefruit and sharp pine, along with pale malts, biscuit, grain and a hint of spice. The flavour is moderately bitter throughout with intense grapefruit. Notes of pine enter towards the finish, which is moderately bitter. On the palate, it is medium in body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a nice sharp bitter IPA with grapefruit and some flowers. A very nice brew to kick off the festival! 2011-10-30

Aroma citrus hop profile, refreshing with noticeable malty sweetness. Light alcoholic hints, Very clean.7+
Appearance hazed golden ale with medium plus bright top.3+
Flavor and Palate : Frontal citrus-leafy bitterness, green bitter grape, grapefruit, tart follow-up. Crisp, bold strong IPA. One sided yet very well crafted.

cask days 2011, cereal & grainy notes, citrus driven leafy hop bitterness. Floral hop flavor to go with citrus hops & somewhat sweet malt backbone. Nice IPA

Pale golden pour. Cask. The aroma has a lot of lemon peel and some bright herbal hoppiness. Lots of dry hop character and a heavy hop bitterness. A little bit oily and resiny. Very tasty stuff.
