Clear, golden clear ale with small fizzy rocky top.
<br />
Grainy, wheat like aroma. Pleasant fruity clean nose.

Fruity, clean grainy character. Gentle, potency well hidden. Silky smooth finish with light bitterness to it. Reminded me a bit of old school of Unibroue.
DougShoemaker (2680), Toronto, Canada Aug 29, 2007 Yeast, malt and pear aroma, golden, pours a small off-white head. Good malt taste, some yeast is noted. Medium bodied, some spice and a fine tongue tingle. Good. LadySusan (386), Ste-Therese, Quebec, Canada Aug 14, 2007 On tap at Benelux. The color is honey with a small off white head and nice lace. The taste is of spicies and fruits.The hops are very present in the overall taste and aroma. All in all a good Abbey triple. mds (2111), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 30, 2007 Draught. Clear orange body with a small white head. The aroma is fruity consisting of pears, faint spice, and oranges. Toasted grain flavour along with a good level of hop bitterness. Not a whole lot of fruit character but otherwise pretty decent.

Triple d’Été: Fruity esters and nutty, lightly grainy malts are joined by light notes of alcohol. Clear golden body is topped by a low but lasting white head that covers the sides of the glass with fine lacing. Fruity esters are joined by clean fresh malt flavour and surprising bitterness. Plenty of grassy hop character. Medium body with initially refreshing moderate carbonation that s somewhat short-lived. Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
