Malty, grassy nose with notes of toffee. Malty, grassy taste with toffee, decent malt sweetness and a short, grassy finish. Clean and fresh, moderate bitterness. Ok and drinkable, but hardly exciting. Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 16, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet and with notes both of malt and straw. Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England Sep 11, 2006 Draught@ Hotel Antygl, Sumava. Labelled in the czech republic as 11 degree svetle. As with the ferdinand cerne excess fizziness contrasts unfavourably with the fairly soft body. Gentle grassy hop flavours are pleasant and the whole thing could be quite easy going with less carbonation.
