Slightly reddish amber color with a white head. Slight tart raspberry flavor with a flat finish. Would love to have a stronger wheat flavor.

On draft at the brewery in Rock Island IL. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Light raspberry nose. Flavor of raspberry and some biscuit. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly tart finish.

Date: July 26, 2011 Mode: Draft Source: Bent River Brewpub, Moline, IL Appearance: Semi-opaque orange with almost no head. Aroma: Sweet and raspberry. Flavor: Consistent with aroma, thin bodied, flat and a dry finish. Other: I like raspberry and wheat beers, but this one didn’t do much for me.
