COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Every year the members of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild commit to a style of beer and, using the exact same ingredients, individually brew and present to the public this unique project. The 2007 offering is "American Red Ale" with the recipe created by Jonathon Cutler and Matt Brynildson. The recipe calls for Canadian Pale malt along with wheat, Chocolate malt and Caramel malt, with dry hopping of Cascade and Fuggles hops.
