At brew pub. Dark brown pour with no head. Great dark roast aroma. If you like coffee than you’ll like this.

Bottle via Patrick. Pours a medium brown, little bit of tan head. Aroma nutty, coffee-forward, with oatmeal interlaced. Body medium-thin, roasty character. May have been a little past it age-wise, but a nice little beer.

Pours a rich, dark brown with a medium tan head, moderate lacing. Aroma is a pleasing roast malt and coffee. Taste is of medium bitterness with a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly, the beer is light and only slightly milky and soft. Overall, the beer is quiet enjoyable. I would prefer more body but it is still satisfying.

Enjoyed a sample at my buddy's place. Appearance is moderate pitch black with an off white head. Aroma is really good, strong espresso notes, fudge, chocolate, good stuff. Taste is acidic, huge coffee notes, but overall I think it burns from the acidity. Not a fan.

Bottle. Strong earthy coffee and light chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Strong bittersweet coffee grounds and light toffee malt flavor. Body a bit light. Okay but not much beyond the coffee.

Bottle: Nearly black with a short tan head. Coffee, fudge aroma. Carbonated, dark roast coffee flavour. Solidly done...not complex, just a very straightforward coffee stout. Very good.

The beer is average. It is too bitter for me. Possibly the barley is the reason I think it is just okay.

Bottle in Breckenridge with my Dad. Pour is deep brown with a small tan head and good lacing. Huge over roasted coffee, somewhat buttery, brown sugar, malty, bready, husky and caramelly aroma. Taste is huge coffee, green pepper, weird butterscotch, bread, husky, twangy homebrew. Thin body with high carbonation. Tons of off flavors and way too thin of a body.

Bottle to snifter. bottle fill is very high. Poured with a large light brown head. Aroma is very sharp coffee. Very dark coffee aroma to it. Taste is all coffee, thin bodied, and overly carbonated. Seems like it would be a good beer if not, well, thin and overcarbonated. difficult to drink.

Bottle from a beer box! Poured black with a little bit of a head of foam. Aroma is light roast coffee with a hint of chocolate. Taste is coffee and roasted malts. Palate is medium body, creamy texture soft carbonation. Easy drinking coffee stout!
