Cask; Regular.
Has all the characteristics of the perfect session ale. This beer is wonderfully balanced with its malty hint of fruit giving way to a delightful lingering bitterness.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is flowery and grassy, while the flavor is very flowery, but also contains notes of metal and grass.

Cask conditioned at The Old Silk Mill, Derby. Amber with white head. Heady, hoppy fresh tasting beer with a bitterseet edge. Good zesty, slightly spicy notes from the hop on a mid bodied maltiness. Very Pleasant.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Golden brown with a thin white head. Decent fruity malt aroma with lots of wholemeal bread. Good fruity hop flavour with with some really good tropical fruit notes. An assertive bitter finish and some very late bready malt rounds ot off well. It’s a boarderline 8 to be honest. Good beer and well made. Maybe I scored it a bit low...

Canterbury Beer Festival, with Silk Tork. Gold/amber colour. Bready pale malt and hop aroma, with a hint of malt. Clean and dry on the palate, again with a hint of malt, but nothing very distinctive. A straightforward session bitter. Rather thin. Cask (gravity dispense).
