Cask at the Waggon and Horses, Halesowen. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is straw and biscuit malt. Taste has straw malt and some cooked veg. Easy drinking but probably should’ve stayed retired.

Hand pulled at The Anchor, Birmingham. Red/golden colouring - no head and a sunflower aroma. Apple and pineapple taste. Sugar lumps and some mixed up malt in here too, plus and unspecified vegetable presence. Slippery, slightly bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Light, refreshing, but run of the mill.
