COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brand name is Namban Okoku Mugishu, which translates to “Barbarian Kingdom Beer”. The beer is named after Jesuit missionary Francis Xavier. Made with brown rice using a patented manufacturing method involving putting the yeast into a state of suspended animation through a three-step, low-temperature pasteurization process.

Bottle. Dark reddish brown with a tan head. Roasted malts and molasses aroma. Especially sweet, milky espresso flavours prevail. Some chocolate notes, too. A bit too sweet, but still highly drinkable.
