caged 75cl bottle bought @ La Cervoiserie. golden pour, white head. aroma had this unique farmyard nose, my brother hinted at Umami mushroom nose, along with yeast. flavors, grassy, vegetable, light malt, some lingering minerals touching on the salty side, possibly hints of fruits but keeping a more prominent vegy aspect. Not bad but as with many small French breweries, the result is often 50/50, either good, or average depending of the process.

From bottle in a cafe in Talmont-sur-Gironde, France 23/8/07. Pale gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of hay and floral hops. Flavour was slightly sweet before a decent hoppy finish. Like an English golden ale.
