downender (1785), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Aug 28, 2007 From bottle in a cafe in Talmont-sur-Gironde, France 23/8/07. Pale gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of hay and floral hops. Flavour was slightly sweet before a decent hoppy finish. Like an English golden ale.
