Bottle from Corti Bros. in Sacramento, CA. BB 6/10/2010. Pours light gold with a three-finger white head. Aroma of noble hop underlaid by an almost honey sweetness. Near medium body wih creamy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt with a bit of grassy bitter. Finishes bitter and very slightly astringent. Certainly much better than USA macros.

0.5 bottle. Very soft aroma, some grass and eggs, slightly malty. Clear, pale golden-colored liquid with a decent white head. I must say that the taste is neither impressing nor disappointing probably due to its feebleness. Sweet with a fine dose of sourness, lacks some bite. Surprisingly good palate as for a pale lager. Medium body and smooth, but not too thin texture emphasized by a soft carbonation. Rather short and tasteless finish though. Overall it is not a bad beer, good enough for its class and certainly not a bad choice as for a pale lager.

Pours a light yellow with a frothy white head. Has large carbonation bubbles giving it more of a soda mouthfeel. Light smooth flavor and a light aroma.

1 pint bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a gigantic very long lasting white head. It has the aroma of white bread and a slightly bitter scent. It has a strong creamy mouthfeel with maybe a little vanilla and some white bread flavor to it.. This is a decent enough beer, especially considering it was 5 months past it’s best buy date. I’m glad I drank it but probably wouldn’t buy it again.
