Had this draft and unfiltered version at the associated restaurant. It had a thick, foamy, frothy, textured white head that lasts all the way down. Lots of lace. Nose was quite light and just "beery". Hazy yellow in color. Flavor was bittersweet, grainy, little hop, and on the sweet side. Fresh. Drinkable. Slightly chewy. Slight sweet finish. Clean. Not bad.

<i>Bottled -PET. </i> Clear golden. Very fruity with notes of melon and ash. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel, some vegetables sadly comes through. No bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden beer with some impurities. Dense - almost shaving foam like - head that leaves small lumps floating on top of the beer. First impression is a harsh bitterness that vanishes for a chemical sweetness. Finally a metallic edge takes over. Very unusual - and unpleasant - flavour pattern. Extremely disharmonic. 250303
