This is from a bottle that I recently bought at the resto associated with the brewery; so it’s fresh (and does indeed seem that way). Poured with a light head and a bit o’ lace. Light golden color. Very light malty, beery nose. Bit sharp on the tongue this time but before it seemed sweeter. Not much going on. Believe it’s an all malt beer. At the aforementioned resto they also have an unfiltered version of this which is far superior. Fairly clean. Empty finish.
