Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramelized - burnt sugar, light chocolate. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sugary, raisin - dried fruit, dark fruit, anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 75cl. A more or less clear one, auburn in color and with a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma has dried fruits, some anise, and toffee-ish malts. The flavor is quite bitter, with the toffee-ish malts and dried fruits known from the aroma, but not much anise. Dry on the palate, full to medium body. Overall, quite decent, but nothing impressive. 130215
