Clear light yellow color with a small, virtually none appearance, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is honey, heather honey, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jul 6, 2008 50 cL bottle, 0669. Pours slight cloudy orange with a lacing white head. Mild floral and honey aroma. Flavour is mild sweet and with a distinct honey and mild floral touch. Ends medium sweet and with a lingering honey flavour.

May 3, 2008 Bottle kindly provided by Sigmund. A thin off-white foamy head upon a foggy dark golden colored body. Pleasant and distinct aroma from the honey. Notes of earthy hops and tobacco(!). Taste is very honey-ish, almost like drinking mead. Light bittering hops and some herbal notes is almost balancing the sweetness. Light sugary, chewy mouthfeel. Honey finish.

Apr 17, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Tarjei, who gave this to Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Bottle #0710 af 7733. Slightly hazy, warm golden with a nice head. The aroma is full of heather honey. The flavour has a lot of heather honey, a bit of citrus (mostly a slightly dry grapefruit) and not much else. The mouthfeel is rather light and a bit sticky. But it’s a charming brew, even if the sweetness could have been more subdued, but I can almost hear the bees buzzing and se the heather in front of me…

Apr 17, 2008 Pale yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of honey and honey. A flavor of flowers, honey and dry notes.
