330ml bottle. Traditional norwegian christmas brew. Aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and sirupsnipper (traditional norwegian christmas cookies). Flavor is sweet malty with a suprisingly dry end.

330ml bottle bought at Centra Colosseum in Oslo. Deep, mahogany coloured body. Fawn-coloured head slowly diminishing. Fragile lacing to the glassware. Dark and dry grainy malts to the nose. Dark roasted malts in flavour alongside liquorice and wet bread. Notes of bitterness to the ending. Accepted (Tromsø, 31.12.2011).

Pours dark brown, tanned head. Smells of roasted malts, caramel and some hops. Taste is ok malty, some sweetness. Dry on the palate, some malt bitter finish. Ok seasonal, but a bit weak due to the strength

Bottle. Pours deep amber with a quickly disappearing head. Aromas of caramel and roasted malt. A bit thin with a slightly bitter finish.

Shared 2 liter bottle @ Cardinal. Clear copper with a creamy light brown head. Good foam lacing. Leather and caramel on the nose. Pine, grass hop notes with a caramelant light roasted base. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish.

Bottle (33cl) from Varnaveien Mineralvann, Moss. Clear, rusty reddish brown colour. Small offwhite head with OK retention. Rich malty aroma with caramel, cookies and hint of licorice. Light to medium body, average to fizzy carbonation. Quite watery, but refreshing mouthfeel. Sweetish malty aftertaste with some hop bitterness and some acidity.

28.11.2008. 0,33l Bottle. Dark brown colour with a thin firm head with bigg bobbles. Aroma is roasted and malty. sweet and bitter. This is better than expected.

330 ml bottle. Reddish dark brown colour. Tall creamy light beige head that clings to the glass. Clear. Appley münchenermalt aroma. High carbonation level. Crisp mouthfeel. Hints of burnt caramel flavours. Gentle oily texture. Nice malty body for a beer this low in alcohol. Neutral hops all over, but towards the end there is a lingering clean hop bitterness. Decent.
