2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle picked up at Centra.
Close to black, good beige head.
Lighly roasted aroma with coffee notes and berries.
Taste is very similar, to me it loses a bit out on taste by having a low abv. Would have liked this a bit stronger with a bit more body.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger in June 2011.
Black with a creamy head. Roasted aroma with malt, caramel, coffee and some light notes of hops. The same in the taste. Good but not excellent. Very easy to drink.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours black, with a big, airy head. Good aroma with notes of burned malt, candi sugar and some dark fruit. Pleasant acidic taste of burned malt, which gives a dry, lasting aftertaste.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Centra, Oslo. Black with a red taint. Small light beige head with decent retention. Aroma of roasted malt, smoked wood, tar, licorice. Medium/light body, quite smooth. Average carbonation. Taste is dry and woody with coffee and raw licorice. Very nice stout.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Vaaland Spesialbutikken, Bryne. Pours a deep brown, near-black body with a medium white head. Aroma is strong mocha tones with hints of milk chocolate and coffee. Pretty nice. Taste is deep roasted malts, coffee and hints of mocha and cocoa. Yummy. Lots of flavor for a dry stout, and great "everyday beer"-contender to f.ex. Guinness. One of the few nice surprises among the low ABV beers I got from Vaaland Spesialbutikken this time around.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20

4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle. Dark amber, almost black body with a nice, lasting, creamy beige head – close to perfect. Aroma is strong malty, mocha, roast, liquorices and a hint of vanilla. Flavor is roasted, dark malt, quite fruity, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, mild roasted coffee and moderate bitter. Nice and really smooth, quite impressive at only 4,7 abv, like a sophisticated Guinness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. A milk stout, if you ask me, sweetish cappuchino. A bit more dryness would have let the soot and grain come through, elemenst you feel underneath. Almost, but not quite.
