It’s unclear dark golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, "dinkel", wheat and light fruit. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, light rubber (only initially), dinkel, wheat and the finish is a little dry and spicy.

Mild dunkelhefiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil nahe der Wässrigkeit, leicht herb, kernig. Die Hefigkeit ist zwar permanent vorhanden aber eher nebensächlich, zum Ende wieder würziger werdend. 11/8/9/8/9/9

Bottle(courtesy of Quack-Duck!):Golden go deep golden, hazy, bigger stable off-white head, sweetish grainy-wheaty nose with a slight yeasty-fruity touch; light to moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied as well; moderate sourish-grassy finish. O.K., nothing wrong with it…

(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, slightly toasty malty aroma with notes of wheat and a fruity touch of banana and berry-fruits. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty and moderately wheaty taste with mildly fruity notes; slightly sweet and also a bit slim finish with a tinge of sourness. So là-là. 21.V.12

Bottle, danke Martin. Cloudy orange brown, offwhite head. Almond, spice and bread aroma. Almond on front, orangepeel, piment, toasted bread. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Spicy, yet fresh and pleasant.
