COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Already in the 1920s Ulrich Zimmermann, often simply called "Bräumeister", used to brew a "Pilsner" style beer. After more than 60 years since we reclaim our grandfather’s tradition. With selected Tettnanger aromatic hops and "Pilsner brewing malt" we brewed a premium Pils. In honor of our grandfather we call it "Bräumeister Pils".

Frischer, dumpf grasiger Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe. Im Mittelteil ist die Herbe dann eindeutig der Mittelpunkt des Bieres, dezenter Hopfen. Frisch hopfiger Abgang. Gut. 10/11/10/11/8/10

Draught. It’s golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is mildly floral and malty. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flowers, grass, spicy hops, malt and the finish is slightly dry.

Etwas grasig und mit Heu bedeckt. Ansonsten erfrischend, kaum bitter, mehr Richtung Saeuere. Ein recht mildes Pils, das jedoch nicht das ausfuehrt, womit es beginnt. Ganz ok halt.

Light golden with yellow hints in colour, low steady head and crisp body. Nose of hops. Taste of medium bitter hops, grass, straw, clover, grapefruit and spruce. Easy and nice to drink, really refreshing and quaffable. Little bit too watery though.

Tap zum Ochsen. Pale clear yellow body with a fluffy, creamy bright white head. Surprisingly sweet start, basically no bitterness in here at all, and then the bottom drops out of the sweetness like whoooom! There is a sort of crusty bread side to whatever hops are here, but much stronger is the mineral quality. Very light body.

Decent classic pils. Nice hoppy nose. Light bready doughy malts, light herbal and grassy hops. Pretty enjoyable.

Grima (2089) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - DEC 18, 2010
500ml bottle! In the glass is a very pale yellow beer, which shines clear. The crown is medium-fine and disappears very quickly. The scent is pleasantly fresh of aromahops. Starts also fresh hoppy, with a pleasant tartness. The afterteste, however, were very bitter. To this direction, the beer also tends to the further course. It is very bitterhoppy has unfortunately somewhat musty. By the finish, nothing will change! Pity, the beer started great, but the finish is clearly too bitter

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, nice head. Starts very dry, good use of hops, not metallically. Modest fruity in the background, also some grasy notes in the end. Very nordic pilsener. I don’t like that dry ones, but this one is really good!

Bottle (Dank an Stefan!):Pale golden to golden, mid-sized white frothy head; shy pale-malt with distinctive grassy hops in the nose; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; short dry bitter finish. Not bad, but not aromatic.......

bottle. Clear golden yellow, hoppy nose. Floral hops dominate the flavour. Medium-bodied, solid malty base, pleasant mouthfeel. A clean and crisp Pilsener.
