(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but non-persistent tanned frothy head. Discreet aroma: Slightly sweet and minimal sour wheat-malty nose with shy toasted elements and a moderate fruit-character of dark and red berries. Sweet and minimal sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly toasted malty and wheaty taste with notes of berries; sweetish and moderately fruity finish. A tad to sweet for my kind of taste. 09.IX.09

Pours amber with a slight haze and a dense and frothy off-white head. Yeasty nose with some sweet overripe fruitiness.

Bottle (courtesy of Stefan!) Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, smaller loose off-white head, that quickly collapses; subtle aromas of dark-malt, metal with an earthy-wheaty background; quite sweet, slightly sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; malty, delicate wheaty-sourish finish. No more than drinkable.......

Bottled. dark brown color. Cloudy. Yeast, toffee and banana in the flavor. yeasty notes and a hint of citrus in the aftertaste. No more than decent.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy brown colour, large beige head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, malty with hints of chocolte and shy hints of banana. Well-balanced Dunkelweizen with a spicy touch.

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak banana aroma. Banana flavour with a refreshing acidity but also a little sour aftertaste.

An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of caramel, and the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light wheaty notes.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours an unclear light brown - a bit like muddy river water - with a small, off-white head. Sweetish malty with lots of banana in the nose. Medium body, sweet with lots of banana esters and some caramel. Quite lovely really. 210906

Bottled. Murkey and light brown in colour with a small head. Sweet and malty and also very fruity. A somewhat heavy sweetness. Notes of banana and oranges. A slightly bitter finish.
