Bottle. A moderate malty and hoppy smell, nice. The body is golden, the head is medium sized, white and foamy. A medium sweet taste, quite malty. The texture is creamy, lively carbonation with a light to medium body. A good session beer.

Bottle (Danke, Lindau!): Pale golden to golden, lazy carbonation, medium-szed lacy off-white head; moderate pale-malty nose with a light hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish grainy-malty finish with a light strawy touch and a lingering hoppiness in the very end. Decent, not exciting.......

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet grainy malty nose, also a bit doughy with herbal and slightly metallic hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Pale malt-character, slightly grainy and bready taste with a growing level of hops, leading into a moderately dry and hoppy finish (24.VI.09).

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. The beer starts spicy, strong, a bit scratchy. The finish is well balanced, spicy. Really good beer!
