Bottled. Hazy golden coloured. Sourish yeasty aroma. Sweet and sour fruit and yeast flavour. Chestnut notes. Very fizzy. Rather unpleasant.

330 ml flip-top bottle in Germany at home thanks to shrubber85. Hazy pale golden color with a off white head. Aroma is light banana and some soice. Taste is not fruity, somewhat sour. Palate is kind of weak and wartery. This beer reminds me of a bad Wit.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet banana/orange, light clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy golden yellow color with giant white head. Slightly sweet lemon-orange and wheat malt flavor. Pretty good - a bit light though.

Lively carbonation, aromas of apple puree, cinnamon and just a hint of banana. Slightly peppery and citrusy finish. Quite the thirst-quencher, though more full-bodied than others of its kind. Nothing quite special, but overall well done.

Bottle, 4.9%. Moldy aroma, the beer smells old, but is not past BB date. Also a little citric, perhaps a small infection. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small head. Some black bits of yeast at the bottom. The flavour is bready and citric. The beer also tastes old. Not good.

The color is unclear, dark golden and the head is huge, white, creamy and lasting. The aroma has notes of wheat, banana, yeast and light clove. The sweet flavor has mild, but full notes of banana, wheat, caramel, light yeast and clove. It’s very pleasant.

Unclear hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light yeasty, banana, rubber light notes. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090108]

bottle, thanks to Bochum. Cloudy pale yellow, large head, fruity nose. Yeasty and wheaty with a pleasant fruitiness. Hints of banana. A pleasant Hefeweizen.

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Amber-golden coloured, hazy, mid-sized quite stable off-white creamy head; wheaty-yeasty nose with a tinge of vegetables; moderate tart-sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; light fruity-sourish finish. Drinkable.............

(33cl swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden effervescent hue with a big foamy white head. Sweet banana-fruity and wheat-malty nose with traces of vanilla. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity in the background, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Balanced fruity and soft yeasty taste with a good wheat-character; medium dry, sweet and slightly sour-fruity and tart finish with very restrained phenolic spice, which I appreciate. Nice one (10.03.08).

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a fair head. aroma of wheat and malt. The flavour is a bit sour with wheat and some yeast, fruity and malty.
