2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Gold, white head. Thought initially the aroma was quite floral, but subsequently decided it was like emulsion paint. Fizzy but quite tasty after that. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would, however this does not constitute an endorsement of the product...

Bottle. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is is weak and oaty, and the flavour is very, very dry, with a oaty/cereal feel. Overall a poor beer.

AndoBrew brought back a shlew of Romanian beers from his recent European excursion. Iím told Romanian beer can be a real special treat. Hereís hoping!
Apperance: Pours a clear, light yellow body with a fizzy white head. Lightly effervescent.
Smell: Exceedingly light pale malts with a touch of spicy hops. The aroma is marred by the addition of cooked musty vegetables.
Taste: Thin, weak maltiness with a subtle sweetness and some spice-minded hops are thrown under the bus by that darned vegetal flavor which rides the tongue through to the finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Fairly unpleasant. This is indeed a bad start to the Night of Romanian Beers.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dry with a reasonable aroma upon opening.Quite crispy with some bitterness. InBev and Romania didnít attract me to this but it was certainly a reasonable drink.

Bottle from tesco. Gee alot better than expected here. Aroma gives pale grainy malt character, citrus fruits, hints of peach. Taste has the same malt character, but the hops are key, citrus fruity character with bittery grassy hops throughout. Excellent pale lager indeed!

Bottle, 500ml. Pale golden colour. Aroma toffee, corn, grassy. Fairly sweet with caramel, a touch of fruit, malt and yeast. Slightly hoppy. Moderate carbonation. An enjoyable brew, but a little over-carbonated for my liking.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml Bottle from Tesco, Bicester Poured light golden colour with white head. the merest whiff of sweet malts on the nose led me onto a quite forgettable beer, I struggled to find much flavour at all, very mild, quite safe but there was a slight bitterness there, ok.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle from Tesco. 4.8% Pale gold, lasting white head. Touch of cardboard on aroma, touch of lmeony hop. Some Turkish Delight flavour, not much depth of flavour or feel in mouth, bit metallic on end, but by a long way, not the worst pale lager Iíve had. Itís alright, bit empty in the middle, but fine.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle from Tescos. Looks like a standard eurolager, gold with a white head; aroma is musty with hay and honey; full flavoured with a burst of leafy hops and some sweetness which is well balanced; leading to a gentle bitter finish. Much better than I anticipated.
