33cl, new exclusive Dutch brew Anno 2011, from De Bierkoning Amsterdam, not complex brew, malty/sweet and slightly floral, yet balanced, cloudy, good head, simple brew

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishin to lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, dusty, peach. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, little sweet, hops, fruit, hay and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours cloudy yellow with a small egg white head. Yeast, dust, hay and mild peach. Medium bodied. Crisp and dry.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with some apple and pear and a bit of grass. Sweetish fruity and yeasty flavour with a slightly bitter finish

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aromais mild citrusy hoppy and light grassy. Bitter, grassy and mild citrusy. Toasted malty flavoured. Bitter and grassy finish.

Bottle, 5%. Clean but slightly spicy hop aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is very clean and nicely spicy from the hop. It has a good and recognisable kölsch hop flavour.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Murky yellow body with thick head. Nose is spicy and citrus. Taste is quite fruity with spices and nice citrus notes to it. But whole thing kind of flat, missing an oomph.

I admit this is a very good beer within the style, esp since this is a new brewer. Cannot wait to try more from them. Nice sweetness, some maltiness. Bottle from De Bierkoning.

Bottle@Home. Soapy citrus aroma. Yellow, off-white head, good lace. Sweetish, light bitter, light fruity, some citrus. Sparkling mouth feel. This is more like a Blond and not a very good one.
