Bottle. Pours a dark, wooden brown with a small, quickly dissipating, mocha-colored head. Aroma is liquorice, roasted, portery in its fruitiness. Taste is roasted, some coffee. Turns salty liquorice, roastedness, light alcohol on the finish. Salty liquorice and light alcohol in the aftertaste. Not very pleasant. Medium full, medium carbonation.

Cuso (2654) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 11, 2012
Bottle, courtesy of bierkonig. Almost black color with crushing beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, fruity hints. Fruity taste with milk chocolate, toffee, raisins, roasted malt. Fruity finish, with coffee bitterness. Little bit thin bodied, 8% version was much better, but this is still enjoyable.

Bottled. Very deep brown colour, close to black. Small brigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol, mild raisins, roast and maltyness. Flavour is really much the same. A bit thin mouthfeel, but otherwise a nice imperial stout.

Pitch black opague colour, nice brown head. Smells ’roze kermis zoetstok’, sweet, candy, glue. Tastes slightly roasty, sweet, candy, ’roze kermis zoetstok’ and some chocolate. The original hammer schout is more to my likings. Good carbo, medium body.
