Bottle, trade with Bierkoning, huge thanx! Barva: tmavě černohnědá. Pěna přiměřená. Vůně: svěží sladově kávová. Chuť: fantasticky hořký stout, plné, hutné sladové tělo s kávovou stopou a pořádný chmelový říz s dlouhým hořkým dozvukem. Pivo jako křen.

Bottle at home shared by me. Very dark brown with very fizzy and short lasting beige head. Looks almost like cola. Sweet milk chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, roasted nuts, toast. Over medium sweet with light roasted and hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied with slick feel. Decent.

Bottle at Stuu?s. Pours opaque brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of prunes and liquorice, light saline notes, meaty. Taste is earthy, tobacco, metal, some raisins. Long finish.

Idiosynkrasie (5019) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 28, 2015
330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, ochre head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of treacle, pumpernickel, carrot. Taste is moderately sweet, dark malty, roasty, hints of treacle, dark bread; an alcoholic touch in the finish.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Gushing bottle. Very dark with a deep-beige head. Intense roasty nose. The beer is deep, fresh, smooth. Deep and malty. Slightly roasty, yeast, smooth, malt. Not much bitterness, nice and round, probably a bit too sweetish due to the ABV.

Bottle via glorious bierkonig the store. This beer is reminiscent of ( a moment of silence please) Young’s oatmeal stout. Now a beer faded into the mists of time thatI loved. Hark! I say it is reborn here with some added chocolate groove! I may have to stop back and buy a few more bottles of this. Booyah!

Bottled. The aroma has roast, chocolate, some coffee. Black coloured with a lasting, off-white head. The taste is light-moderate bitter has a nice chocolate touch, roast and a lingering palate. Very good stout.

0,33l fles bij Mitra eindhoven vandaan. Donker bruin tegen zwart aan met een ietwat lichte fijne schuimkraag. Geur is zoet, likeur. Smaak ook erg zoet, als koffie met veel suiker.

A great imperial stout. Deep, rich and dark. Cocoa and coffee. Thick body with some sweet aftertaste.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Amsterdam
Aroma has sweet cocoa notes, some hay and coffee. Also some nuts and ashy tones. Foamy palate. Flavour has deep licorice root tones, some coffee, tobacco and cocoa. Starts to feel a bit too sweet at the end of the glass – also some elements typical to British beers do occur. Reminds me of Hiisi Kiira, this is just more intensive.
