Bottle, trade with Bierkoning, huge thanx! Barva: oranžovoměděná, kalná. Pěna: hustá, držící. Vůně: citrusově chmelová. Chuť: chmelová výrazná chuť s citrusovým pozadím. Plné, vyvážené pivo, výrazně hořké.

Martinus (1782) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 12, 2012
Clear golden colour, amber hue. Towering cream head. Aroma starts with fruity hops, citrus, passionfruit, apricot. Then some earth tones, rain water and malts. Quite bitter flavour, huge hops, light sweet touch. Bit thin, but not surprising considering the ABV. Crisp. Rather short bitter finish, tropical fruits, light honey. Nice. Focussed on hops and not much else, and quite good at it. Good session beer, packs enough flavour without wanting to get to the foreground and command your full attention. Could drink this a whole evening instead of boring lagers.
(From 33cL bottle @ home. From trade with bierkoning. Thanks!)

330ml Bottle (Thanks Benzai) - Hazy amber in colour. Pine, grapefruit, biscuity malt, lemon, peach and some soap in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly sweet taste with toffee, grapefruit, peach and mango detected. Refreshing and enjoyable. It has a fair amount of body for its strength.
