Aroma is sweet, yeasty with hints of coriander and malty. Flavour is slightly sweet at the beginning, alcoholic, smooth on palate, bready and with a final moderate bittery. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium. Texture is oily.

[330ml bottle courtesy of dantheman278] Big gusher, pours like an ice-cream sundae. Hazy golden, enormous head. Lemon citrus nose, slightly herbal. Same on the flavour – all agreed this was more like a saison than a tripel. Almost a hot, peppery finish, which follows on really well from the herbal characters. Very nice. Assuming the name of the beer is what you say to your best mate after a few of these [15102011]

Ordinary Belgian tripel that every brewers thinks he should have. I don’t think this is required.

Thanks to Bierkoning for this bottle
Hazy orange brown, white head. Very fruity tripel (oranges, grapefruit, lemon), yeast, some soap. High on carbonation which suites the beer well. Nice tripel.

33 cl bottle from the brewery. Golden color, white head (quickly receding). Aroma is sweet, caramel, sweet & sour fruit, a hint of citrus. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with a firm bitterness. Aroma is way too sweet, but it turns out to be a very decent triple.

Bottle courtesy of bierkoning, shared at a cgarvieuk tasting. Gushed out of the bottle - golden yellow, HUGE white head. Nice rich Belgian nose - esters, herbal, pretty saison-esque. Spiced. Very fizzy! Palate is off-dry, lemony, herbal, white pepper. More of a saison than a tripel in my opinion. Finish is herbal and bitter with a slight alcohol hum.

Bottle. Pours dirty and cloudy dark peach with a white head. Aroma is very rich and sweet with lemon, peach and banana as well as marzipan. Taste is dry with peaches, spice, marzipan. Some herbs, lots of spiciness and pepper in the finish. Palate is light and refreshing.
