Bottle 330 ml at home, into a tulip glass. ABV 8% NIce dark orange colour on the bod with a tall white head, thick, with average retention for the first part, then after most of it has collapsed the remaining has even better retention. Light lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet, with malts, with lots of peaches, sugar. Taste is also sweet, fruity, with peaches, apricot, notable alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation. Overall nice tripel, a bit too boozy.

Ordinary Belgian tripel that every brewers thinks he should have. I don’t think this is required.

[330ml bottle courtesy of dantheman278] Big gusher, pours like an ice-cream sundae. Hazy golden, enormous head. Lemon citrus nose, slightly herbal. Same on the flavour – all agreed this was more like a saison than a tripel. Almost a hot, peppery finish, which follows on really well from the herbal characters. Very nice. Assuming the name of the beer is what you say to your best mate after a few of these [15102011]

33 cl bottle from the brewery. Golden color, white head (quickly receding). Aroma is sweet, caramel, sweet & sour fruit, a hint of citrus. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with a firm bitterness. Aroma is way too sweet, but it turns out to be a very decent triple.

A tripel with cascade, wave of the future. Huge head, good bitterness but with that nice westcoast feel. Another Berghoeve winner. Bottle from Van Erp in Roden.

Bottle, traded with Bierkoning. Oh my, lots of mandarines in here! And herbs, white wine and peppery phenols. Very light peaty on top of that. Quite full for a tripel, sweetish but the sweetness is washed away by a rather powerful bitterness. A spicy and citrusy tripel. Certainly one of the best out there.

Thanks to Bierkoning for this bottle
Hazy orange brown, white head. Very fruity tripel (oranges, grapefruit, lemon), yeast, some soap. High on carbonation which suites the beer well. Nice tripel.
