COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Berghoff Pale Ale is created in the classic American style. It is light copper-colored and medium bodied with a light maltiness. High quality American hops are used to produce this high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma, a must have for true hop aficionados!!! Berghoff Pale Ale is made with Brewer's 2-row Malt, Carapils Malt and domestsic hops.

Definite hop aroma. Medium golden-amber color, average head and carbonation for the style. Hoppy, but not balanced all that well with any malt. Hop flavors are similar to a couple other kinds of Pales I’ve tried, namely Boulder’s and Oasis’. It’s that fruity/metallic bitterness which is good in small doses but as a prime ingredient of the flavor of the beer, not so great IMHO. That said, though, this is not a bad beer. Just uninspired. Dry, hoppy finish.

A rather bland APA. Not much malt flavor to speak of.

Nice hoppy smell but the flavor didn’t follow through. It reminds me of some other pale ale I’ve had but I can’t remember which one. Will repost if I ever figure it out.

This beer looks great but the flavor failed to impress me. I think I will pass next time.

A sweet style of ale with complex flavors. Not the best aftertaste. Was not a big fan of this one.

Probably my least favorite of the berghoff beers, but it was still good compared to most others. An interesting taste.

Very light in appearance, with pretty strong presence of hopps. Not a bad beer.
