Bottle from D&J Liquor in St. Louis, MO. Hazy golden color with a very slight white head. Seems to have a light citrus aroma. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is lightly spiced citrus with some grain. It’s ok. Milder than Belgian wits.

12oz bottle. Poured a light to medium, and lightly hazy, golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of lemons, coriander, light wheat, and light yeast. Tastes of wheat, citrus and very light spices. Thin and watery.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 CaptainCougar (6834) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUL 27, 2006
Pours a slightly hazy bright golden with a thin ring of white head. Soft pale malty aroma has some mild buttery notes and a decent orange zest and coriander spice. Body starts fairly bland, but drinkable with a light sweetness and true to style spice character. An ok witbier, but nothing great.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 BückDich (5468) - McCall, Idaho, USA - DEC 12, 2006
Bottle: Pours a hazy yellow blond color, thick white head with stick lacing. Nose of very light orange and coriander, some really pale malts and needs some wheat. A bit too much like mandarin extract with the coriander notes. The flavor isn’t bad, a bit lacking in body. I like the sticky starches from some wheat to be sticking to my lips. Finishes average. Surprising for Huber.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Cornfield (5277) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2004
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2004 A disappointment. This poured an orange/amber color with the faintest trace of a white head. It smells like oranges and grass. It’s a thick drink that tastes mainly like weakly carbonated orange soda. What am I to do with the other five bottles?
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Drake (5231) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - AUG 18, 2011
12 ounce bottle from a sampler from Woodman’s West Madison. Pours a hazy peach color with a thin head that fades quickly. Aroma of citrus, pale wheat and a faint coriander spice finish. The taste is citrus, stone fruits, spice. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle. Musty lemon/wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with minimal head. Dry/musty lemon wheat malt flavor with a hint of peach. Very nicely made witbier.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 BBB63 (5023) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - MAY 6, 2004
Wow, I get to be first to rate a bottled beer! Anyway, it has a clear goledn hue with a fading head and little lace. The aroma hints of perfume and floral hops, corriander, cardamom, and lemon. The taste is better than the smell. Hints of lemon, orange, honeydew, spice and wheat. The finish is short and clean. The mouthfeel is fizzy, lively, and watery. Okay brew, nothing outstanding.
