Commercial Description:
Light-bodied ale which features a pale gold color. Its crisp, clean malt flavor makes this a perfect refreshing summer quaff. This German style ale is brewed with imported malt, hops, and an authentic Kolsch yeast strain

22oz bottle acquired in trade. Poured a medium and clear yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of initial skunkiness then followed by breadiness, earthy, and grains. Tastes of straw, grains, and wheat. Has a light tart finish. I can see chilling this one way down and drinking it on a hot summer day.

(Bottle). Perfumy weird aroma. Bright yellow-gold color, small head. Flavor is extremely odd and off-putting, as if something went wrong in the formula.

22oz bottle poured hazy yellow. Small head. Flavors were off. The bottle may have been infected.

Pours a lightly hazy, golden-yellow color. A small, frothy, off-white head leaves minimal, spotty lacing behind. Aromatics include bready yeast, pale malts, drying wheat, and delicate, floral hops. The flavor is very yeasty, with an ever so slightly sour tinge. Lightly sweet malts are met with equally subtle floral hopping. Balanced and soft, overall. Light in body, with low to moderate carbonation, it drinks quite easy but lacks substance. Decent beer for a hot summer day, but nothing special.

Great straw and grass aroma with hints of yellow apple and pear skin. Light, vegetal hops flavor. Quite refreshing.
