A dark rich creamy ale. This is our version of this classic stout style. With its dense black color and velvety texture, our stout's flavor hints of chocolate liquorice and coffee. This ale is truly a meal in a glass.

A very good imperial stout. Pours a beautiful deep red/black with a tan head. Smells of licorice, cherries and plums. Taste is very creamy, with milk, licorice, spices, cinnamon and plums with a smooth finish. Quite good.

bomber in my hotel room. right out of the bottle paired with McDonald’s don’t @ me about this trash I kno. slight roast malt nose, taste follows with some additional cocoa and black licorice. full body. Petty decent grab at the package store. This beer reminds me on a Lambo Countach.... timeless.

Bomber into glass, 3.95 at Georges, best by 9/22/15, OK. Pours a muddled dark black with brown hues, sediment floating and journeying along. Caramel head, fluffed and medium, light toffee lacing. Roasty aroma of chocolate, grain, black malts, nuts, coffee, autumn leaves. Taste of roasted nuts, dry chocolate, booze, dark fruit explosion. Creamy on the pallate, smooth going down. Lack of carbonation hinders it though. Might be too far gone in time. Still nice.

Bottle from western Massachusetts gas station. Pours black with a thin khaki head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Has a bit of roasted malt on the nose. Fairly smooth on the tongue with a slight hint of sweetness. Hides it’s alcohol well though at 8.5 it’s kind of on the thin end for the style. Its quaffable and drinkable but not particularly memorable.

Nice flavor, very dark and rich, says chocolate and coffee and I can taste them in there. Rich and flavorful with a taste like "a meal in a bottle" ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours black with a thick, creamy, tan head that stays long. Thick, sticky lacing. Nose is roasted grain with notes of chocolate. Taste is on the sweet side up front, but there’s a very nice dark-chocolate bitterness after. Lingers long. Full body. Moderate carbonation. Very nice brew.

Dark brown-black body, thin tan head, spotty lacing. Light roast, bittersweet chocolate, some coffee, caramel, and earth. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation, semi-dry throughout, clean finish. Well-balanced.
